Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's eGift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Amber Time Watches may provide eGift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of eGift Cards that they purchase. To view your eGift Card balance, visit your account on www.ambertimewatches.co.uk. No fee's apply to eGift Cards.

Limitations
Amber Time Watches eGift Cards, including any unused eGift Card balances, will not expire from the date of issue. eGift Cards may not be redeemed on any other website owned and operated by us, our affiliates, or any other person or entity, except as indicated by these terms and conditions. Amber Time Watches eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, used for unauthorized commercial purposes, redeemed for cash, or transferred to another other account.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for Amber Time Watches eGift Cards is passed on to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the eGift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud
We will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Amber Time Watches eGift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.ambertimewatches.co.uk or any of it's affiliated websites.

Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties, express or implied, with respective to Amber Time Watches eGift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an eGift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of such gift card.
